RVD, LLC — Terms of Service

Effective: July 22, 2026

1. Who you're dealing with. This store is operated by RVD, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business since October 18, 2013. Using this website or placing an order means you accept these Terms along with our Shipping, Return, and Privacy policies.

2. Eligibility. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase. We welcome customers from all countries; you are responsible for ensuring the products you order may be lawfully imported and used where you live.

3. Orders and contract formation. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we email shipping confirmation. Before that moment we may cancel any order — due to stock, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions — with a prompt full refund.

4. Pricing. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless displayed otherwise and may change at any time, though never for orders already confirmed. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; affected orders will be canceled and refunded or re-offered at the correct price.

5. Product representations. After 12+ years of selling online, we know screens lie a little: colors and finishes may differ slightly from photos. Minor variations are not defects.

6. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no hacking or interference, no automated scraping or harvesting of content, no false information, no impersonation. We may refuse or suspend service for violations.

7. Reviews and submissions. Content you voluntarily submit (reviews, suggestions, photos) may be used, edited, and displayed by us in connection with the store, royalty-free and without confidentiality obligations. Submit only what is yours and what is lawful.

8. Intellectual property. All site content belongs to RVD, LLC or its licensors. Personal browsing is welcome; commercial reuse requires our written permission.

9. Disclaimers. The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law permits. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation of the website or absolute freedom from minor errors in content.

10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the relevant order. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

11. Indemnification. You will hold RVD, LLC and its officers and employees harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

12. Severability and waiver. Invalid clauses are severed; the rest stand. Non-enforcement today is not a waiver tomorrow.

13. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Both parties will attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before formal proceedings. Consumers retain any non-waivable protections of their home jurisdiction.

14. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a new version here; continued use constitutes acceptance.
