RVD, LLC — Shipping Policy

Shipping worldwide since 2013. For over 12 years, RVD, LLC has delivered orders across the globe. We ship to all countries and territories served by international carriers — if sanctions, embargoes, or carrier suspensions ever block your destination, we'll notify you immediately and refund in full.

Two ways to get your order.

Free Global Shipping — our signature option. Every order qualifies for free worldwide delivery, no minimum purchase. The honest trade-off: it's not fast. Parcels travel via consolidated economy networks, which is how we keep it free.

  • United States: 8–15 business days after dispatch

  • Canada, Europe, UK, Australia: 12–25 business days after dispatch

  • Rest of the world: 15–35 business days after dispatch

Standard Shipping. Prefer speed? Choose paid shipping at checkout: typically 4–9 business days domestic and 7–18 business days international, depending on destination.

Processing. All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) before dispatch.

Tracking. Every parcel — free or paid — ships with a tracking number emailed at dispatch. Economy international tracking may go quiet for 5–10 days between checkpoints; this is normal.

Customs, duties, taxes. International orders may be assessed import duties or VAT by your country's authorities. These charges belong to the recipient and cannot be predicted or prepaid by us. Refusing a parcel over customs fees may reduce your refund by return-transport costs.

Address errors. Check your address carefully; we can correct it only before dispatch. Reshipping parcels returned over customer address mistakes is at the customer's cost.

Our Delivery Guarantee. If tracking stalls for 12+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate. If your order isn't delivered within 60 days of dispatch, you choose: free replacement or 100% refund.

Damaged in transit. Photos of item and packaging within 7 days of delivery → replacement or refund.
